07/25/2011 - We are pleased today to officially open 2011 labor negotiations with our UAW partners. It’s been four years since our last round of negotiations with the UAW, and since then, a lot has changed for our industry, and for Chrysler. As we shook hands in 2007, the U.S. was on the brink of the most severe economic crisis since the Great Depression. That crisis ultimately revealed the structural flaws of the domestic automotive industry, including an unsustainable cost structure.
06/29/2011 - Chrysler LLC and the UAW agreed to modifications to the four-year 2007 Agreement, covering United States hourly and salaried bargaining unit employees including parts distribution center employees. The Agreement terminates on September 14, 2011.

11/23/2010 - Employees at Chrysler Group LLC’s Indiana Transmission Plant II welcomed President Obama and Vice President Biden today as they toured the Kokomo, Ind., facility to celebrate the Company’s recent announcements that it would invest more than $1.1 billion locally for the production of future transmissions and retain nearly 3,500 Indiana jobs.
11/22/2010 - It’s official. Brad Keselowski has taken Dodge and Penske Racing to the pinnacle of the NASCAR Nationwide Series. Keselowski was officially crowned the 2010 Nationwide champion following Saturday’s 300-mile season finale at Homestead-Miami Speedway.

In that report (which appears below), the Company noted that it prevailed in 76 of 108 arbitration decisions. On July 27, the trade publication Automotive News -- citing the Company as its source -- misreported these results.
