09/01/2014 - A semifinals showing by Ron Capps in Funny Car and a quarterfinals appearance by Allen Johnson in Pro Stock paced the Team Mopar contingent during elimination rounds at the 60th Annual NHRA U.S. Nationals at Lucas Oil Raceway at Indianapolis. The race marks just the fourth time in 18 regular-season events in which a Mopar-powered Pro Stock or Funny Car driver failed to reach at least the final round.
09/02/2013 - HEMI-power once again helped put two Mopar race machines into the final rounds, Funny Car driver Jack Beckman and Pro Stock pilot V. Gaines scored runner-up finishes in their respective classes in the elimination rounds of the 59th annual NHRA U.S. Nationals at Lucas Oil Raceway at Indianapolis.
09/01/2013 - There was plenty of action in the final day of qualifying for the 59th annual NHRA U.S. Nationals, with Mopar's Matt Hagan backing up his No. 1 qualifier designation and then teammate “Fast” Jack Beckman explosive win in the $100,000 Traxxas Shootout.
08/31/2013 - Temperatures on the second day of qualifying at the 59th annual NHRA U.S. Nationals reached into the 90 degrees range before a late afternoon thundershower disrupted track action and cooled things off setting up the opportunity for Don Schumacher Racing’s Matt Hagan to drive his “Magneti Marelli Offered by Mopar” to the provisional pole position by setting a new track record.
08/30/2013 - At the prestigious 59th annual NHRA U.S. Nationals on Friday at Lucas Oil Raceway, Mopar fans saw Rick Houser earn his second career Mopar® HEMI® Challenge in Sportsman competition, while Allen Johnson drove his Mopar Express Lane Dodge Avenger straight to the top of the Pro Stock score sheets to earn the provisional No.1 qualifier position.
