July 28, 2010 - 999,998; 999,999; one million! Chrysler Group LLC’s Belvidere (Ill.) Assembly Plant (BAP) passed a significant milestone on the morning of July 28, 2010, when the one millionth compact vehicle currently produced at the plant rolled off the assembly line.

July 28, 2010 - The Jeep® brand is bringing the “Jeep Rocks & Road Tour,” an on- and off-road driving experience, to consumers attending the 2010 Rockford AirFest, July 30-Aug. 1 at the Chicago Rockford International Airport in Rockford, Ill. The “Jeep Rocks & Road Tour” provides the ultimate on- and off-road driving test for attendees at air shows and auto shows, fairs and festivals all over the country.

July 26, 2010 - Chrysler Group LLC is pleased that hearings in the dealer arbitration process have concluded and is looking forward to completing its dealer network plans. The decisions to select dealers for the Company's optimized dealer network were carefully considered as part of Chrysler's Genesis Project. The decisions of a great majority of the arbitrators reflect the belief that the Company's dealer network decisions were not only appropriate, but essential to its future success.

July 26, 2010 - Chrysler Group LLC announced today it has contracted with Siemens PLM Software to adopt its new digital product development software. The new system will improve efficiency in Chrysler Group’s global vehicle design and development process and assist in joint programs with Fiat S.p.A.

July 24, 2010 - Good evening, ladies and gentlemen. It is truly a privilege for me to introduce tonight’s final recipient of the Walter P. Chrysler Legacy Award. Today happens to be the anniversary of the founding of Detroit in 1701. It is entirely appropriate that we honor Lee Iacocca tonight, as there is such a deep bond that ties together Detroit, Chrysler and this man who is one of the great leaders in the history of our company and our city. I feel a special kinship with Lee Iacocca, and it is not just because we share an Italian heritage.
